Week 93 - March 29, 2016 - Hyderabad, India

Hello everyone!! Happy Holi, Good Friday and Easter!!

Hope you all enjoyed because we did.  On Wednesday, it was Holi, the festival where they throw colors at each other, not really sure the reason but we had a lockdown until 4 pm so we didn't really do much that day except for cook and sleep.  In India its also a really big celebration when someones baby completes 1 year so one of the families in our ward celebrated their daughters birthday and maybe like over 200 people came and they fed super good food too! Chicken biryani, chicken fry, double ka Metha, and butterscotch ice cream.

Another cool thing is that Elder Madda and I are both staying for the next transfer and they are adding a second companionship in our ward. we are going to split the area.  I think the 2 new Elders coming are Elder Larsen and Elder Tuscano.  Should be pretty cool, I don't know how we are going to split the area because it is so far from church but hopefully, we can find out a good strategy.

Hyderabad is definitely getting hotter.  Today we all went to a lunch appointment in 2nd Ward area. All is well and thanks for all the support.  Time is flying its almost April!
